Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. (Psalm 90:14 NIV)
That's why it's good to in the morning indulge in the things of God. Spend time with God. Don't need to take too long, but spend some time, that His presence and mercy lead you well through the tough times.
