"...For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” [Hebrews 8:12]
This verse is in the context of a new covenant that God will make with His people, and this verse is the clause that makes all of the above possible!
Beloved, you can grow closer to God not because of your works, but because God has completely remitted you of all your sins, and you stand righteous before him judicially. How great is His love!
