The context of the verse is that a church is divided over various leaderships, which Paul argues that shouldn't be the case!
What then unifies Christians? The gospel. When we get together, we shouldn't be arguing over our disbeliefs but converse on the one thing we can agree on: the gospel of Christ.
Jesus is our source of unity. If you want unity in your cell group, youth group, church and so on, let's agree on Jesus, regardless of our other theological views.
