What is salvation? The Bible tells us on Psalm 27:1 that the LORD (in Hebrew 'Yahweh') is my salvation. Now what is the significance of 'Yahweh'?
Yahweh is made of the Hebrew equivalent of the letters 'YHVH'. Every letter has a meaning:
Y: Hand
H: Grace
V: Nail
H: Grace
Put them together, YHVH, you get the (open) hand of grace nailed in grace. That's Jesus! So JESUS IS OUR SALVATION! Hallelujah!
